Dear Compassionate Donor, Sponsor, Partners, Supporters, Humanitarians welcome and Warm greetings to you. My name is Jose Cruz Agundiz Villela, Owner of Agundiz Design Inc.,    Founder of Housing Aid Community and I am honored to connect with you today. I’m reaching out with a heart full of gratitude and a vision rooted in compassion — to invite you to be part of a meaningful mission that brings hope, health, and dignity to families in urgent need. We all want clean homes help us build clean healthy homes.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The Climate-Control Humanitarian Housing Initiative is a targeted and urgent campaign to construct 100 climate-adapted homes for low- and no-income families living in some of the hottest and most underserved regions of Mexico.                                                                               The initiative, led by Jose Cruz Agundiz Villela, aims to combat the devastating, health and economic impacts of substandard housing by providing safe, insulated, energy-efficient homes that protect families from extreme heat and environmental stressors.                                                                                                     Seek generous donors to contribute $250 each — funding the materials, labor, and construction of 100 homes built using innovative thermo-concrete blocks specifically designed for climate control. These homes will directly transform the lives of 100 families, improving health, security, and long-term opportunity.

MISSION STATEMENT.
To provide climate-resilient housing, built with our innovative Thermo-concrete technology for optimal health and comfort, to families most vulnerable to poverty and extreme weather, and to do so with compassion, innovation, and community partnership — because every human being deserves a safe and healthy place to call home, provided as a gift of hope.

BACKGROUND: THE HOUSING CRISIS IN HEAT-STRICKEN  COMMUNITIES.                                                                                        In many rural and low-income areas of Mexico, housing consists of fragile structures made of tin, wood, or clay — materials that offer little to no protection from the sun’s intense heat. Daytime temperatures can reach dangerous levels, and at night, families often sleep outdoors to escape the unbearable indoor conditions, leaving them exposed to mosquito-borne diseases, poor air quality, and chronic exhaustion.                                                                                                    These harsh conditions disproportionately affect: Children –whose development, sleep, and education suffer.                       Elders – who are highly vulnerable to heat-related illness.                                        Entire families – trapped in a cycle of poverty and poor health.                          This is not just a housing issue — it is a public health crisis. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, inadequate housing contributes to:                                                      Respiratory and infectious diseases Mental health decline due to stress and overcrowding.                                            Long-term economic instability due to housing insecurity.

A Vision for a Better Tomorrow: Transforming Boundaries

At Agundiz Design Inc. and Housing Aid Community, we’re not just building homes—we’re building a future where the boundaries of poverty and hardship are transformed. A future where all families, regardless of background, can live in dignity, peace, and health. A future where the poorest are empowered through the gift of sustainable, resilient, and health-focused housing.

Designing for Resilience and Health:

Our homes are crafted to resist the toughest climates—whether it’s heat, earthquakes, or floods—and are built with our innovative Thermo-concrete to ensure a healthy living environment. Each home is an example of what’s possible when design meets necessity and prioritizes Well-Being.

The success of our project depends on the participation of local communities. We engage residents at every step, ensuring that the homes we build are designed to meet their specific needs.
